But for many single-parent families, the cost of extracurricular activities stands in the way. That’s why we’re here: to break down financial barriers and open doors to experiences that inspire, challenge, and empower kids to grow into their full potential.
Beyond the Classroom: A Scholarship for Enrichment & Empowerment
Every child deserves the chance to discover their passions—whether it’s sports, music, art, or leadership. For many single-parent families, the cost of extracurricular activities can be a barrier. Our scholarship is here to remove that obstacle, opening doors to programs that inspire growth, creativity, and confidence.
How It Works:
- Scholarships are awarded quarterly.
- Applications are reviewed within 2–3 weeks of receipt.
- The child must be currently enrolled in the program for which funding is requested.
- Recipients are selected at random, with both the parent and organization notified upon selection.
- Funds are paid directly to the program-no funds are distributed to parents or children.
This is a one-time award, but families are welcome to reapply each quarter for future consideration.
