The back-2-school giveaway is a special event organized to support and assist single parents in preparing their children for the upcoming school year by providing essential supplies and resources for children who may not have the financial means to purchase them.
It may include backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, rulers, glue sticks, and other school supplies. This giveaway aims to ensure that every child has the necessary tools to succeed in school and feel confident in their abilities. It also aims to alleviate some of the stress and financial burden associated with the back-2-school season, while empowering and equipping single parents with the tools and resources they need to support their children’s academic success.
This event is a way to support single parents and their children, and to show them that they are not alone in their journey towards academic success.
Mother’s Day Annual Brunch
Every year, we host an Annual Mother’s Day Brunch to celebrate and honor the incredible strength, dedication, and love of single mothers. This special event is our way of making sure single moms feel seen, valued, and appreciated because they deserve to be celebrated, not just on Mother’s Day, but every day. It’s a time to come together, enjoy a warm meal, and remind these amazing women that they are not alone and that their hard work does not go unnoticed.
Father's Day
Each year, we host an Annual Father’s Day Outing to celebrate and uplift the single fathers in our community. This special event is all about recognizing the dedication, strength, and love that single dads bring to their families every day. Whether it’s a day of fun activities, bonding time with their kids, or simply a chance to relax and connect with others, our outing is designed to show appreciation and remind these fathers that their efforts matter. It’s our way of saying: we see you, we support you, and you deserve to be celebrated.
Grandparents Day Tribute
Each year, we proudly celebrate Grandparents Day to honor the love, wisdom, and unwavering support that grandparents especially those stepping in as primary caregivers bring to their families. This annual event is our way of showing gratitude to the grandparents who give so much of themselves, often without recognition. Whether they’re offering guidance, stability, or a safe and loving home, their role is powerful and deeply valued. Our celebration is a small gesture to say thank you for the big difference they make in the lives of their grandchildren and in our community.
